Stage Two: Implementation
Training is conducted on various topics that were flushed out in the assessment stave. These are typically delivered on topic/unit basis so the organization can implement and improve one area before moving forward on the next. We consider these building blocks in establishing a strong foundation before moving to the next tier. Therefore, these sessions are given once a month and typically extend to 5-7 months.Stage Three: Follow-up assessment
