Match of the Year:
LOYOLA vs. HARVARD-WESTLAKE, Oct. 17

Chancellor Ramirez scored one of the biggest goals in the history of the Mission League rivalry, scoring with no time left in the Cubs' 12-11 victory, handing the Wolverines a second heartbreaking result in less than a week after a 13-10 overtime loss Oct. 12 to Long Beach Wilson. After Morio Saito scored the tying goal, both teams had chances to win in regulation, but Ramirez scored from 8 meters as time expired.

Player of the Year:
DOMINICK BEAUDINE, Agoura, Jr.

Perhaps it should have been viewed as a sign of things to come when Beaudine allowed only three goals to rival Royal in the 2011 Southern Section Div. IV final.
Although the Chargers ascended to Div. II, Beaudine also elevated his performance, helping Agoura capture a third consecutive division title by defeating Santa Barbara, recording 12 saves in the final.
Beaudine, the Marmonte League's top goalkeeper and Div. II player of the year, finished with 233 saves - 43 in four playoff victories - along with 32 assists and 30 steals.
A member of U.S. National Youth and Cadet teams, Beaudine helped Agoura post a 27-4 record, including a victory over Div. I finalist Long Beach Wilson.

Coach of the Year: DUSTY LITVAK, Agoura

The bigger the challenge, the more motivation for Litvak, who embraced the opportunity to compete in Div. II after back-to-back Div. IV titles. Litvak led Agoura to its seventh consecutive Marmonte League crown and the Chargers became the area's first program to win three straight division championships, relying on five goals by Sabi Magyari to defeat Santa Barbara 7-4 in the final.

Newcomer of the Year: BEN HALLOCK, Harvard-Westlake, Fr.

After playing for the U.S. 19-under team at the Pan American Youth Championships during the summer in Montreal, Hallock continued to hold his own against older competition, helping the Wolverines finish second in the Mission League, post a 20-10 record and reach the Div. I quarterfinals against champion Mater Dei. Hallock had five goals in his playoff debut, a 15-11 win over El Toro.
