NPP Primaries: Nana Ato Arthur, Dan Botwe Confirmed As NPP Candidates

The former Central Regional Minister under the erstwhile Kufuor administration has been acclaimed as the Parliamentary candidate for the Komenda-Edina-Eguafo-Abrem (KEEA) Constituency in the Central Region. Mr. Ato Arthur was the only person who filed to contest and has been given the nod to lead the NPP in the 2012 elections. In a related development, incumbent NPP MP for Okere has also been acclaimed by party executives to represent the NPP in Okere in 2012. The former NPP General Secretary stood unopposed but had to be endorsed by the executives in the constituency, which was duly done this afternoon.
