Spandex spectacular ... morph this way
A MASS of morph suit fans were mourning the catastrophic failure of their daft world record bid today - but at least nobody knows who they are.
Dozens of anonymous enthusiasts met in an attempt to break the spandexcellent world record of most 'morphs' in one place.Sadly the attempt failed spectacularly when only 114 turned up - 136 short of their target of 250.
Downpours meant only the most hardcore 'Morphs' showed up at the Drayton Manor theme park, Staffs.
Morph suits are spandex catsuits which cover the wearer from head to toe, but are thin enough to allow them to see, hear and even drink.
Colin Bryant, Drayton Manor's managing director, said: "Morph suits are so popular at different events and locations that we wanted to give fans the opportunity to get together as a big group.
"It's been a wonderful atmosphere, people really enjoying themselves and it was fantastic to see big groups of brightly coloured Morphs whizzing around on the rides!"
