I got a complimentary personal delivery today from New York custom cake and cupcake company Man Bakes Cake of my request, Samoa Girl Scout cookie cupcakes. I'd seen them on their Facebook page and blogged about them and was eagerly anticipating them and they were indeed delicious! There's a bit of an actual Samoa cookie on top, and then a creamy frosting with chocolate drizzle on top and a layer of chocolate underneath, and some coconut action going on in the moist, light cake.
