Telesales Executive

Job Description:
  • To sell internet and offline solutions that deliver value to both customer and Mingle box.
  • The Target group for selling would be Students (Parents) and education institutes.
  • Follow-up with customers, prospects and leads, meet deadlines and exceed sales targets.
  • Assess and identify customer needs, effectively handle objections, close sales.
  • Adhere to stipulated call norms on a daily basis.
  • Resolve customer complaints/issues by working with the customer service team or other departments. And to work in tandem with other sales channels.
  • To win business from our competitors and to create opportunities for greater market penetration.
  • To continually monitor and research the market.
Eligibility:
  • Graduate with a minimum of 18 months of active selling experience. Out of which minimum 12 months of selling on phone. Telesales experience a must.
  • An exposure or awareness about student community , education industry, training, coaching or internet industry would be a definite advantage.
  • Demonstrate Fluency in written and spoken English and ability to converse with majority of Indian students.
  • Must be proficient in use of MS Word, MS Excel and Internet.
  • Must espouse High levels of ethics and personal values
