NPP Primaries: Kofi Jumah Prevented From Addressing Delegates

Incumbent Member of Parliament for Asokwa constituency in the Ashanti region, Kofi Jumah has been prevented from giving his speech.

He allegedly turned up late at the voting arena.

Explaining the reason for his lateness, Hon. Kofi Jumah accused the organisers for his late arrival. According to him, the time was changed from the initial 8am to 9am, so he was unaware it has been reverted to the original time schedule of 8am.

He, however, said he was not perturbed about his inability to address the delegates.

"...i've been campaigning for a long time so i'm sure my message has gone out very well...about 200 delegates came to my house this morning to wish me well and i took the opportunity to address them," he said.

Known for his outspoken tendencies, the Asokwa MP said he doubts if the delegates will dispense with his services by voting for new a candidate after the great works he has done in the constituency.
